Disclaimer of liabilit

1. Content of the website

The LBGR endeavours to provide correct and complete information on its websites. The LBGR takes no responsibility for the up-to-dateness, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims relating to tangible or intangible damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information are generally excluded insofar as there is no evidence of wilful intent or gross negligence on the part of the LBGR. The LBGR expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or erase parts of the website or the entire website without prior notice or to temporarily or permanently cease publication.

2. References and links

As regards direct or indirect references to external websites ("links") which are beyond the responsibility of LBGR Brandenburg, a liability obligation would only come into force in the case that the LBGR Brandenburg would have knowledge of the contents and it would be technically possible and reasonable for them to prevent use in the case of illegal contents. The provider of these websites is solely liable for any further contents and in particular for damages arising from the use or non-use of such information provided. The LBGR hereby expressly declares that at the point in time when the links were placed, no illegal contents were identified on the external links. When the link was established for the first time, the LBGR Brandenburg checked the external contents to determine whether they might give rise to liability according to civil or criminal law. However, pursuant to the Telemediengesetz (Tele Media Act), the LBGR is not under obligation to monitor continuously the contents referred to on its website, which could give rise to new responsibility. Therefore, the LBGR hereby expressly distances itself from all contents of all linked websites that have been changed since the link was created. This statement applies to all links and references set within our own website. If the LBGR detects or is informed by others that a specific website to which the LBGR has provided a link gives rise to liability according to civil or criminal law, the reference to this website will be removed to the extent that this is technically possible and reasonable. The technical feasibility and reasonability shall not be affected by the fact that the illegal or punishable website may be accessed from other servers even after access from the www.lbgr.brandenburg.de website has been disabled. This also applies in particular to proxy servers or search engines with mirror function.

3. Copyright and labelling right

The State Government of Brandenburg is the sole owner of the domain name "brandenburg.de". All rights to the website are reserved by the Brandenburg State Government. Any kind of subsequent use of the LBGR website, even in extracts or by link to other websites, requires the approval of the President or his representative. The LBGR endeavours to observe the copyrights of the graphics, sound documents and texts used in all publications, to use graphics, sound documents and texts created by the LBGR itself or to make use of licence-free graphics, sound documents and texts. However, should there be an unmarked graphic, sound document or text protected by a third-party copyright on the website, the copyright could not be identified. In the event of such an unintentional copyright infringement, the LBGR will remove the relevant object from its publication after being notified or mark it with the appropriate copyright. The copyright for published objects created by the LBGR itself remains with the LBGR. Any duplication or use of such graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without LBGR's express consent.

4. Legal validity of this disclaimer of liability

This disclaimer of liability shall be regarded as part of the website from which reference was made to this website. If parts or individual phrases of this text do not, no longer or not completely correspond to the current legal situation, the remaining parts of the document remain unaffected with regard to their content and validity.
